Community Foundation Awards $40,000 to RTG

Read to Grow has received a $40,000 grant from The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven, to be distributed over a three-year period, to support our Books for Babies program.
The selection process was very competitive, according to the Foundation; it received $4.8 million in requests, nearly double the total amount awarded. In its acceptance letter, the CFGNH cited our program as “one of the most important and innovative” undertaken in Greater New Haven.
