Read to Grow to Benefit from RJ Julia Used Book BuyBack

Read to Grow has been selected as one of two organizations to benefit from used books brought to RJ Julia’s Buyback event on Sat. and Sun., June 25th and 26th, from 10 am to 5 pm.

RJ Julia is partnering with Read to Grow and New Haven Reads to take all of the gently used books that do not qualify for buyback. Read to Grow will receive all donated children’s books.

Read to Grow is witnessing an enormous increase in requests for books from families, schools, and health and human services agencies. The books received at this event will help meet those needs and support children’s literacy development.

This event is a perfect way to clean out your bookshelves and obtain "free money" to buy new books, to help others and to give you an excuse to hang out at the bookstore--sounds like a great day!  You can check the value of your books by following the link on the RJ Julia website.
